Breanna joined the Arnold Pet Station team in November 2020 as a Kennel Attendant, where her passion for animal care quickly became evident. Inspired by her hands-on experience and driven by a deep love for veterinary medicine, she soon advanced to the role of veterinary assistant. With dedication, curiosity, and a natural talent for patient care, Breanna has grown into her current role as Hospital Lead, where she helps guide the daily flow of the clinic and supports both patients and team members alike.

Breanna is currently pursuing her prerequisites for veterinary school, with the ultimate goal of becoming a veterinarian. Her areas of special interest include neurology, anesthesia monitoring, and cardiology – fields where she’s excited to continue growing her skills and knowledge.

Emily joined Arnold Pet Station in December 2022 as a Client Service Representative, where her curiosity and enthusiasm for veterinary medicine quickly grew into a deeper passion for hands-on patient care. Driven to expand her skills and make a greater impact, Emily transitioned into the role of Veterinary Assistant and hasn’t looked back since.

Emily has a special interest in diagnostic care – particularly drawing blood for lab testing and working with radiology – where she enjoys playing a key role in uncovering the information needed for accurate diagnoses and treatment.

Jenna joined the Arnold Pet Station team in November 2021 as a Veterinary Assistant, quickly becoming a valued part of both our medical and client care teams. As she began forming strong, meaningful connections with clients, Jenna felt inspired to expand her role and also serve as a Client Service Representative. This dual position allows her to build relationships both in the exam room and at the front desk—something she’s truly passionate about.

Jenna is currently enrolled in school working toward her Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) license and has her sights set on eventually becoming a veterinarian. She has a strong interest in client education, particularly around preventive care, and loves helping pet parents better understand how to keep their furry family members happy and healthy.

Desiree joined our team in December 2023 as a Customer Service Representative, bringing with her a strong background in customer support and a natural ability to connect with clients. Her dedication, leadership, and commitment to excellence quickly stood out, and she was promoted to Lead CSR in January 2025.

Desiree’s passion for animals goes beyond the front desk—she took the initiative to step into the clinical side of veterinary medicine and now also serves as a Veterinary Assistant. Currently, she is enrolled in a veterinary technician program and is actively working toward becoming a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT). Her drive to grow both professionally and medically makes her a true asset to our team. She finds great fulfillment in being there for our patients and clients through both the joyful and challenging moments. Her special interests lie in internal medicine and oncology, where she hopes to continue growing her knowledge and impact.

Weaknesses: Chocolate, wagging-tailed dogs, and travelling Leanne joined the Arnold Pet Station team in July 2021 and quickly became a beloved face at the front desk. With a lifelong passion for animals, she brings warmth, dedication, and a deep understanding of the human-animal bond to every client interaction.

Outside the clinic, Leanne is immersed in the dog world—competing in agility trials and scent work with her two pups, Ketch the border collie and Joey the English cocker spaniel. She’s also a licensed canine massage therapist and loves helping dogs feel their best through gentle, healing touch.

Weaknesses: Caffeine and Rotweillers Sarah became part of the Arnold Pet Station team in September 2024 and brings a wealth of animal care knowledge with her—especially as a certified groomer! Her background gives her a unique perspective on pet care, and she loves using that experience to support our clients and their furry companions.

As a CSR, Sarah enjoys being the friendly voice that helps pet parents get their appointments scheduled, ensuring each pet receives the care they need. Her favorite part of the job? Helping people feel confident that their beloved animals are in great hands.

Weaknesses: Pitbulls and puppies Brandi became part of the Arnold Pet Station family in September 2024 and brings with her a vibrant background in canine behavior, dog handling, and training. As our Kennel Manager, she ensures that every pet in our care is safe, comfortable, and well-loved.

Brandi is especially passionate about our Wednesday Daycare activities, where she gets to put her training expertise to good use while making sure our canine guests have a fun and enriching experience. Her attention to detail and calm, confident presence keep our kennel running smoothly day in and day out.

Weaknesses: Bully breeds and chocolate covered strawberries Nadia joined the Arnold Pet Station family in May 2025 and quickly became a valued member of our kennel team. Her love for animals shines through in everything she does—whether she’s caring for pets behind the scenes or welcoming clients with a friendly smile.

Nadia is passionate about providing the best care possible and has big dreams for her future in veterinary medicine. She aspires to become a veterinary assistant here at APS and is working toward her ultimate goal of becoming a registered veterinary technician.

When she’s not busy cuddling pets at work, you’ll find Nadia enjoying time with her friends, whipping up something delicious in the kitchen, or relaxing at home with her three beloved cats—Magic, Milo, and Marigold.

Weaknesses: Velcro dogs and ferrets Caitlyn joined the Arnold Pet Station family in September 2022, bringing with her a lifelong passion for animal welfare and a heart dedicated to rescue work. Since the age of 13, she’s been involved with several local rescues and now proudly serves on their board of directors.

At APS, Caitlyn loves ensuring that every dog and cat in our care feels safe, loved, and nurtured. Her compassion and attention to detail make her an invaluable part of our team, especially when it comes to making our boarding pets feel right at home.

Weaknesses: Puppies, sweets, and Starbucks Courtney joined the Arnold Pet Station team in February 2024 and has been spreading positive energy ever since! Her bubbly personality shines through in everything she does, and it’s a perfect match for the lively and loving animals she cares for each day.

One of Courtney’s favorite parts of her job is forming strong bonds with the pets who stay with us. She loves being part of a team that shares her deep compassion for animals and is proud to work in a place where that love is at the heart of everything we do.

Weaknesses: Coffee and chocolate Bill joined the Arnold Pet Station team in August 2022 and has been a steady, compassionate presence in our kennel ever since. With a deep love and understanding of animals—big and small—Bill takes pride in caring for each pet as if they were his own.

He especially enjoys getting to know each animal’s unique personality and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved during their stay. His favorite breed? The always-entertaining Labrador Retriever—he can’t get enough of their goofy charm!

Nicolette joined the Arnold Pet Station team in February 2024 and quickly discovered her passion for working hands-on with animals. Since day one, she’s fallen in love with her role as a kennel attendant and takes pride in making sure every dog and cat in our care is happy, healthy, and comfortable.

Whether she’s offering a cuddle, a walk, or a clean, cozy space, Nicolette brings kindness and attention to every pet’s day. She truly enjoys getting to know their unique personalities and making sure each one is “good to go” before heading home.

Her warmth and dedication make her a valued part of our team—and a favorite among our four-legged guests!
